Fresh Berry Salad

Serves 5 servings

Ingredients
- 5 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp. toasted almonds, chopped
- 1 tbsp. blue cheese, crumbled 1/3 cup raspberry vinegar 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Place 1 cup of the salad greens on each of 5 salad plates. Top evenly with strawberries, raspberries, almonds and blue cheese.
2. For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together vinegar and oil. Drizzle evenly on salads. Sprinkle with pepper, and serve.
