The first step in becoming a Healthy 100 member is a choice.
You must choose to become a healthy 100 member. To do so, you journey must begin with an assessment of your health. You can do so in a number of ways.
- Have your family doctor do a physical assessment of your health
- Take the Longevity Calculator
Keep it Going!
- Commit to a life that is physically active (this can be done in a number of ways)
- Commit to a healthy diet that includes nuts, whole grains, vegetables and fresh fruit.
- Choose an activity or cause you will support either with your time or money.
- Be an active member of some group or club.
