Write Down Your Goals
Take 30 minutes to plan what you want the rest of your life to be! Most people spend more time planning their annual family vacation that planning for the next ten or twenty years.
Write down 10 goals – no one will read them but you.
Do you want to finally achieve your ideal weight?
Do you want to have less stress in your life?
Do you want to go back to school?
Do you want people around you to appreciate you?
Do you want to retire early?
Do you want to have more energy?
Do you want to resolve some relationships gone bad?
Do you want to take that dream vacation?
Do you want to be nicer to yourself?
Do you want your family to be healthier?
The key is “writing down your goals”…you really can’t make a plan in your head – we humans really forget too easily.
So treat the list like you’re writing your new year’s resolutions…but then add some depth….
Then you decide which one is the most important to tackle…

How you will get there…write it down.
How long it will take (two months, four months, one year)…write it down
What steps do you have to take…write it down
Now – if it will take a year,
You decide
What will happen in 30 days, then sixty days…
You will be amazed that in spending just 30 minutes how you life suddenly become a little more manageable.
